In other news friends, after Instagram yet another social media is facing troubles. The list of people who liked your posts is unavailable on Facebook. “No Data Available” instead is on display.
According to some users, when they try to open up the likes to see all the people who have liked their posts, Facebook gives an error saying “No Data Available”. I have personally tried and I can verify the issue persists on my side too.

This is how your screen might look if you go right now and try to see the list of likes on any posts on Facebook.

Why Does Facebook Say No Data Available?
Basically, when you click on likes or comments, to see list of people, you are shown an error that reads “No Data Available”. This error is seen on all kinds of Facebook posts, whether they are in a group, on a page, on your friend’s posts or your own posts.
Upon investigating further, I have gathered that mostly users from California & Texas for now are getting the “No Data Available” error on Facebook. So it is possible that the servers catering to requests from those regions might be facing a down time.
It is completely normal if you’re facing this error from some other part of the world too. May be the issue is in its process of spreading. Maybe more and more people will report the Facebook no data available error in coming hours.
There has been no official announcement from Facebook regarding this error. So it is only fair to assume that the Facebook servers are suffering from a downtime. A technical glitch or bug could also be responsible for the error.
How To Fix Facebook No Data Available? [2022]
People on social media, as we can see in the tweets, have brought in open this issue. But none of this has been addressed or acknowledged by Facebook yet. The issue was first reported by users on 27th February 2022.
While it can not be said with any certainty when will he issue be fixed, you could try some basic troubleshooting on your phone. The simplest step is to clear cache Facebook cache.
For Android
- Open Settings
- Go to “Apps & Permissions”
- Scroll and select Facebook.
- Tap on Clear Cache.
For iOS
- Open Facebook app
- Tap on the 3 lines at the bottom right corner
- Now on the top right tap on “Settings”
- Scroll down and select ” Browser”
- Tap on “Clear” besides “your browsing data”
Use Facebook Web
The no data available error on Facebook has only surfaced on iOS and android apps. Surprisingly, and not still clear as to why, the no data available error has not yet been reported by any users of Facebook web. By the time the issues gets fixed, you can continue using Facebook on your desktops and laptops without any glitches.
I cannot say for sure that following the above procedure and clearing the cache will solve your problem. But it has gotten through so many issues for me and many others on the Facebook app that it is worth a try. If anything, you will only go back to see how fast the Facebook app has become after clearing the cache.
